Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment:

Students must pay the monthly fee upfront after trial lessons. Payment is due in the first week of each month, and failure to pay within 7 days may result in class suspension. If you have payment concerns, contact the admin team promptly.

Study Plan Changes:

Students can upgrade or downgrade their study plan or add extra classes, which will incur additional charges.

Leave and Absence:

Notify your teacher at least 3 hours before class to reschedule. Teachers provide up to 4 makeup sessions per month, but missed classes without notice cannot be rescheduled except in emergencies. If a student is absent for 10+ days without prior notice, the classes may be canceled, and no refund will be given.

Security and Communication:

Students and teachers should not exchange personal contact information, and all administrative concerns must go through the admin team. Recommendations should be handled directly with the admin, not teachers.

Teacher Conduct:

In case a teacher misses a class, they are responsible for making up the time. Frequent lateness or missed classes should be reported. If there is an extra day in the month, the additional class is not covered unless specifically paid for.

Reporting:

Monthly progress reports are sent to parents, and teachers provide class summaries after each session.

Feedback:

Leaving the Institute:

Students wishing to leave must notify the admin two days before their departure and provide a reason.

Dawud Academy reserves the right to revise these terms as needed to improve educational services.
